Austrian Airlines and Georgian Airways code share has been announced on 30th November 2010. The code share signed between Austrian Airlines and Georgian Airways will offer passengers better flights connections between Austria and Georgia. Following this new code share signed, Austrian Airlines and Georgian Airways will share their codes on flights between Tbilisi and Vienna. The code share flights with Austrian Airlines will be carried out by Georgian Airways Boeing 737.

Austrian Airlines, member of the Star Alliance has signed a code share agreement with Wataniya Airways, the airline based in Kuwait. Austrian Airlines and Wataniya Airways code share will come into effect on the 31st October 2010. Austrian Airlines and Wataniya Airways will code share flights between Vienna and Kuwait and also between Vienna and Beirut. Austrian Airlines and Wataniya Airways code share flights will depart from Vienna on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 0840hrs and will touch down in Kuwait at 1220hrs. The return flights will then leave from Kuwait at 1315hrs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and will reach Vienna at 2000hrs. Austrian Airlines and Wataniya Airways code share flights will take off from Vienna at 1715hrs on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and will reach Beirut at 2140hrs. The return flights will then depart from Beirut at 1355hrs and will reach Vienna at 1615hrs.
