Dagestan Airlines, based in Russia has announced that one of its aircraft had to undergo an emergency landing. Dagestan Airlines flight 372 emergency landing happened on 4th December 2010 and was operating the route from Moscow (Vnukovo) to Makhachkala. The flight 372 of Dagestan Airlines had to make an emergency landing at Domodedovo airport. Dagestan Airlines flight 372 that made an emergency landing was a Tupolev TU-154.

The airlines that have been removed from 15th edition of the blacklisted airlines are Fenix, Tyan Shan, Skyservice, Salem Air Company, Navigator, IJT Aviation, Aeroprakt KZ, Berkut and the Association of Amateur Pilots of Kazakhstan all originating from Kazakhstan. The fifteenth edition of the blacklisted airlines has been published by Europa on 23rd November 2010 and will take effect as from tomorrow 24th November 2010. From this November 2010 list of blacklisted airlines published by Europa, nine airlines have been added to the list. The airlines that have been added to Europa blacklisted airlines November 2010 are Mauritania Airways from Mauritania, Meridian Airways Limited from the Republic of Afghanistan, Afric Aviation from the Republic of Gabon, Kam Air, Pamir Airlines, Safi Airways all three originating from the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, CAAS 13 from the Kyrgyz Republic, Afric Aviation from the Republic of Gabon, Nova Airlines and Tarco Airlines from the Republic of Sudan.
