Star Alliance member and national carrier of Turkey, Turkish Airlines will provide passengers new flights from Istanbul to Los Angeles. Turkish Airlines Los Angeles flights from Istanbul will begin as from 3rd March 2011. Turkish Airlines flights will take off from Istanbul at 1110hrs and will touch down the soil at Los Angeles at 1525hrs. The return flights will then leave from Los Angeles at 1755hrs and will reach Istanbul at 1710hrs the next day. Flights to Los Angeles from Istanbul proposed by Turkish Airlines will be carried out four times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. As from 5th November this year, Turkish Airlines will offer flights to the other American city Washington from Istanbul.
