With apologies, Lufthansa informs passengers that there will be a pilots strike for four days that is between 22nd February and 25th February 2010. Passengers that are supposed to fly between the dates during which the strike of Lufthansa pilots will be on can rebook their air tickets for free if their air ticket was purchased before the 18th February. The Slovakia low cost airline SkyEurope declared that it has suspended all its sales and flight operations on Tuesday 1st September 2009 due to inadequate funds. SkuEurope is informing to its passengers that all the travellers who bought their flight tickets with SkyEurope making use of cash or via bank transfer will not be reimbursed. Regarding SkyEurope passengers who bought their air ticket making use of a credit card should request for reimbursement for unused portions of SkyEurope flights.
