Alaska Airlines code share Icelandair took effect since 27th July 2010. Horizon Air will also benefit from this code share signed between Alaska Airlines and Icelandair. With this new code signed between Alaska Airlines and Icelandair, passengers will be able to earn and redeem miles on either carrier with the frequent flyer programs between Seattle and Iceland and also across Europe.
