On February 2, 2013, flight AZ1670 operated by Carpatair had met a landing accident after landing out of the runway due to strong wind at Rome Flumicino Airport. The ATR72 aircraft had 50 people onboard including 46 travelers and 4 crews. All the passengers were transported to the hospital for health check. Today September 28, 2012, a Sita Air type Dornier 228-202 aircraft has been crashed just after taking off 547 yards from the Kathmandu Airport, Nepal. The plane was carried 16 trekkers and 3 crews which caused the dead of all the 19 persons onboard. On April 2, 2012 an ATR 72 aircraft UTair flight UT120 has witnessed an air crash near Tyumen. The flight UT120 carried 39 passengers and 4 crew members, only 12 passengers have survived the crash. The airline is giving its sympathy to the relatives of the lost and injured passengers.
