finnair renovate aircraft interiors

The flag carrier of Finland, finnair has renovated its Airbus A330 aircraft interiors. However, since Monday 6th April 2009, the new interior was introduced to passengers travelling with finnair to New York on the new Airbus A330 aircraft. Moreover, the renovation comprise of renewing the seat textiles, carpeting, blinds, lighting and wall panel surfaces. Furthermore the main aim of finnair is to offer its passengers a pleasant atmosphere while travelling on its aircrafts. On the other hand, it will take two years for finnair to renovate its whole fleet so as to offer its passengers more flights with its new interior aircraft.

    This is something that been discussed in Finland. But it is just the fact that Finnair is catching up its competitors, not creating something unique. Of course, not a bad news for the travellers. I hope they do it for Embraers too someday. And when they get rid of MD’s, could there be a chance that the whole fleet will get something more, like onboard WIFI?

    Probably yes as nowadays airlines keep on improving their fleet by providing on board WIFI. For example Quantas Airways is already proposing on board WIFI to its passengers. You can check out all inflight entertainment by company on air-valid.co.uk
