Oneworld® member Mexicana Airlines’ passengers will not be affected as part of the proceedings since Mexicana Airlines will continue to render services normally while it restructures its liabilities and brings its costs into line with market conditions. Likewise, Mexicana Click and Mexicana Link operations will not be affected as these airlines are independent of Oneworld® Mexicana Airlines and therefore independent to the proceedings.
