The Spanish national airline, Iberia will be back with flights from the Spanish capital, Madrid to the American capital, Washington as from 29th March 2010. Iberia flights from Madrid to Washington will be proposed thrice per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Between June and August, Iberia will offer an additional flight on Sundays from Madrid to Washington. Furthermore, business class travelers will benefit from a wide choice of in-flight entertainment with Iberia. The flights from Madrid to Washington will be ensured by Iberia’s Airbus A340 that had its business class cabins refurnished.

Furthermore, miles purchased by Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air’s passengers are added up to the miles they earned for their travel. In addition, passengers travelling with Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air are proposed miles starting at $25 for 1,000 miles, $62 for 2,500 miles and $109 for 5,000 miles when purchasing their air tickets online.

The flag carrier of Ireland, Aer Lingus with its codeshare partners United Airlines, forecast to launch service between Washington Dulles and Madrid in March 2010. However the air tickets for Washington Dulles and Madrid will go on sale as from April 2009.
