Singapore Airlines and Garuda Indonesia code share has been announced on 25th November 2010 and will take effect as from 1st December 2010. Following the code share signed, Singapore Airlines will place its two letter code ‘SQ’ on flights between Singapore and Denpasar and also between Denpasar and Singapore operated by Garuda Indonesia. Garuda Indonesia will also code share flights between Singapore and Denpasar and also between Denpasar and Singapore operated by Singapore Airlines. Due to the code share signed, passengers of both Singapore Airlines and Garuda Indonesia will be offered better flights connections between Bali and Singapore.

The code share between Singapore Airlines and SAS will take effect as from 1st December 2010. Following the new code share signed with SAS, Singapore Airlines passengers will benefit from three new destinations in Scandinavia: Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. Singapore Airlines will code share flights operated by SAS Scandinavian Airlines between Copenhagen and Stockholm and vice versa, between Copenhagen and Oslo and vice versa and also between Copenhagen and Helsinki and vice versa.
