As from 19th August 2009 the low cost airline based in Kuala Lumpur Air Asia is making available a second daily flight between Bali and Perth. Moreover the inaugural flight between Bali and Perth has not yet been operated by Air Asia. In other words Asia will start its inaugural flight between Bali and Perth as from 17th July 2009. Hence to celebrate the additional second daily flight etween Bali and Perth Air Asia is offering cheap air tickets as from £48. Air Asia twice daily flights between Bali and Perth will be operated on the Airbus A320 of Air Asia. Hence Air Asia additional flight between Bali and Perth are to travel between 19th August 2009 and 30th April 2009.

The airline founded in 2000 in Australia, Virgin Blue offers new cheap flights from Perth to Port Hedland as from the 4th August 2009. This is tremendous news for the local community of Port Hedland that Virgin Blue has seen fit to extend its services and to include Port Hedland said the Town of Port Hedland Mayor. Virgin Blue has also announced it will offer a special launch fare of $99 (£60) one way on the internet, between Perth and Port Hedland. Virgin Blue will also provide special offers on the flights linking Port Hedland, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The launching of Virgin Blue flights to Port Hedland from Perth will be by the new EMBRAER Jet aircraft. Virgin Blue is very pleased to be adding the new route from Perth to Port Hedland declared the Virgin Blue Chief Executive.

The South African national airline, South African Airways, will start a new interline deal with Virgin Blue as from 8th April 2009. Moreover, with the interline deal with Virgin Blue, South African Airways is offering greater choice, seamless transfer and cheap fares to passengers travelling from South Africa through its Sydney and Perth hubs. Thus, passengers will be able to book their air tickets to Johannesburg and Africa by making use of Virgin Blue’s domestic extensive network.
