The European Commission, Europa has published legislation for the rights of air passengers. As often seen, air passengers suffers from abuse from airlines such as flight delays, cancellation of flights, lost baggage and many more. To fight these abuses, Europa legislation focuses on the rights of air passengers and empowers them to have adequate compensations. According to Europa legislations, passengers have the right to ask for compensations following the abuse of airlines.  For instance, Europa has put forward these laws to remind that passengers also have rights to protect them. Also, the rules and regulations by Europa protect the air passengers of being abused and left stranded at airports.
