S7 Airlines, the domestic airline based in Russia will join the Oneworld ® alliance. The membership of S7 Airlines Oneworld ® alliance will take effect as from 15th November 2010. The Oneworld ® alliance has almost 20 affiliated airlines and also national carriers such as British Airways, American Airlines, Japan Airlines, Iberia, Finnair, Qantas, Royal Jordanian, Finnair, and Cathay Pacific including others. Therefore, frequent flyer members of other carriers’ member of the Oneworld ® alliance will be able to earn and redeem miles on S7 Airlines as from 15th November 2010. Members of S7 Airlines frequent flyer program will be sent new cards that will now have the logo of the Oneworld ® alliance. Having a new member in the Oneworld ® alliance, S7 Airlines will offer air ticket Armenia, air ticket Azerbaijan, air ticket Georgia, air ticket Kazakhstan, air ticket Kyrgyzstan, air ticket Moldova, air ticket Tajikistan, air ticket Turkmenistan and air ticket Uzbekistan.

Based in Mumbai, Kingfisher Airlines will join  Oneworld ® alliance. However, Kingfisher Airlines has not mentioned any dates on which it will join the Oneworld ® alliance. Kingfisher Airlines has signed a memorandum of understanding to join Oneworld ® alliance but approval has to be given by the Indian Authorities.
