The United States based airline, AirTran Airways will be offering non stop flights to Nassau in Bahamas as from 17th December 2009 and non stop flights to Montego Bay in Jamaica as from 11th February 2010. AirTran Airways non stop flights to Nassau and Montego Bay will take off from Atlanta, Baltimore/Washington and Orlando. AirTran Airways will operate the non stop flights between Atlanta and Nassau, between Atlanta and Montego Bay and between Baltimore/Washington and Montego Bay daily. Then AirTran Airways will operate four times a week for the non stop flights between Baltimore/Washington and Nassau, between Orlando and Nassau and between Orlando and Montego Bay. In other words AirTran Airways non stop flights to the destinations mentioned above will be operated on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday except from AirTran Airways non stop flights between Orlando and Nassau which will be operated on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

The American low cost airline, JetBlue Airways is offering non stop daily flights departing from its hub at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (Mo-Bay), Jamaica. Thus due to the launching of JetBlue Airways non stop flights to Montego Bay a special fare starting as from $129 is proposed each way. JetBlue Airways’ non stop daily flights will depart from New York (JFK) at 7.55 a.m. to arrive at Montego Bay at 10.51 p.m. and will then depart from Montego Bay at 11.50 a.m. to arrive at New York (JFK) 4.39 p.m. Montego Bay is the 55th city served in JetBlue Airways route network. Moreover the non stop daily flights between Montego Bay New York (JFK) will be operated by the aircraft of JetBlue Airways the Airbus A320 having a seating capacity of 150.

The airline based in London Heathrow, is offering flights departing from London Gatwick to Montego Bay and Punta Cana which will be operated twice weekly. The flights to Montego Bay and Punta Cana proposed by British Airways will be effective as from 25th October 2009. The flights to Montego Bay and Punta Cana with British Airways are due to the demand of customers and moreover they are popular destinations. British Airways is also offering flights departing from London Gatwick to St Lucia from three to five flights a week, Barbados from nine to ten flights and Port of Spain and Trinidad from three to five flights. On the whole, British Airways will provide 45 flights to the Caribbean.
