The airline based in Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific is proposing since 21st August 2009, new in flight menu. Cathay Pacific in flight menu has been specially designed by the Hong Kong Chefs’ Association (HKCA) National Culinary Team in association with the Cathay Pacific Catering Services (CPCS). The tastes of the passengers of the First class and Business class of Cathay Pacific have been taken into consideration so as to meet the requirements for the in flight menu.  The HKCA and the CPCS have produced around 100 dishes including Western appetisers, entrees and desserts for this new in flight menu offered by Cathay Pacific.
