Air Canada the flag carrier of Canada will start once again proposing flights between Fort de France and Montreal. Hence Air Canada flights between Fort de France and Montreal will be effective once again as from 6th December 2009. The flights between Fort de France and Montreal proposed by Air Canada will be operated on the aircraft of Air Canada the Airbus A319.
Further more Air Canada the airline based in Canada will start offering flights departing from Pointe- à-Pitre to Montreal. Moreover Air Canada flights taking off from Pointe- à-Pitre to Montreal will be operated on the aircraft of Air Canada the Airbus A319-100.

Air France the airline based in France is making available a new lounge at Fort de France with an area 138m2. Air France new lounge at Fort de France is both an area of work and rest. Air France welcomes all its passengers travelling the Business Class and Flying Blue Gold, Platinum or SkyTeam Elite Plus at Aimé Césaire Airport of Fort-de-France (Martinique) since 29th July 2009.

Since 4th July 2009, the airline based in Canada, Air Canada operated non-stop flight from Montreal to Fort-de-France in Martinique. With the addition of three new destinations in 2009 that is from Montreal to Geneva, Fort-de-France, Martinique and Rome, Air Canada offers non-stop flights from Montréal to 50 destinations and also offers non-stop flights to European cities like London, Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva and Rome.
