Based in United Arab Emirates, Etihad Airways is in code share with ANA All Nippon Airways based in Japan. Following the code share between Etihad Airways and ANA, passengers will benefit of five Japanese routes, Tokyo, Nagoya, Sapporo, Fukuoka and Osaka. ANA will place its code NH on flights between Abu Dhabi and Nagoya as from the end of this month. The code EY of Etihad Airways is presently used on flights operated by ANA between Nagoya and Sapporo and Fukuoka. Moreover, when Etihad Airways will offer flights to Tokyo as from end of March the code share will be expanded on the route between Abu Dhabi and Tokyo. Passengers of both carriers will also be able to redeem n earn miles on any flights of either Etihad Airways or ANA thanks to the frequent flyer programs of both carriers. Last but not the least, a wide selection of in-flight entertainment by Etihad Airways is offered onboard of its flights.

ANA (All Nippon Airways), the airline based in Japan and Etihad Airways, the airline based in the United Arab Emirates have signed a code share agreement. ANA and Etihad Airways code share agreement will be effective as from 1st March 2010. The code share agreement between ANA and Etihad Airways will now give the opportunity to all their passengers to profit from flight between Japan and the United Arab Emirates. In other words under this code share agreement the 2 letter codes of ANA ‘NH’ will be placed on the flight between Abu Dhabi and Nagoya. On the other hand the 2 letter codes of Etihad Airways ‘EY’ will be place on the flights departing from Nagoya to Sapporo and Fukuoka due to the code share agreement between Etihad Airways and ANA.

ANA (All Nippon Airways) and Air China will start code sharing on flights between Beijing Capital International Airport and Tokyo’s Haneda Airport. Both ANA and Air China operates the flights between Beijing and Haneda. Hence under the code sharing agreement on Haneda and Beijing flights ANA and Air China will offer around 106 flights between Tokyo and Beijing and a total of 271 flights per week between Japan and China. Air China will place its code on the daily flight Haneda-Beijing of ANA under this code sharing agreement. On the other hand ANA will place its code on the twice daily flights Haneda-Beijing of Air China under this code sharing agreement. Thus under ANA code share agreement with Air China, both airlines will be able to propose a three daily flight between Beijing and Haneda.
