Iberia the airline based in Spain announced to all its passengers that it took delivery of a new Airbus A319. Hence with the new Airbus A319, Iberia possessed now a fleet of 22 Airbus A319. Furthermore Iberia new Airbus A319 has a seating capacity of 141 passengers which will operate European flights, African flights as well as domestic flights. In addition, since Iberia suspended deliveries a year earlier, the new Airbus A319 is the first aircraft joining Iberia’s fleet after reducing its ability to cope with the global economic crisis.

Turkish Airlines, the national airline of Turkey announced that it acquired 30 Airbus A320. In other words, the fleet of Turkish Airlines will include the 30 Airbus A320 just acquired by Turkish Airlines during the year 2011 and 2012. Besides Turkish Airlines acquires Airbus A320, Turkish Airlines proclaimed that it will also acquire 14 Airbus A321-200 and 6 Airbus A319-100. Furthermore the airline based in Turkey, Turkish Airlines 10 Airbus A319 and Airbus A321 will join its fleet in the year 2013.
