The crash which took place on the 15th January 2009 was more precisely in Hudson River, Manhattan, New York. Since 2nd December 2008, the company Aeroflot Russian airlines has purchased its twenty-third airbus A320. The fleet of Aeroflot Russian airlines currently has 44 aircrafts in the airbus family including A319, A320 and A321. Aeroflot airlines will receive another 18 new airbus A320s in 2009. The airbus A320 will operate in Europe as well as in domestic areas in Russia.
