Mexicana Airlines, the airline based in Mexico proclaimed that its airline is in an insolvency position. Even though Mexicana Airlines insolvency was filed, it will continue to operate its flights normally. Mexicana Airlines’ passengers will not be affected as part of the proceedings since Mexicana Airlines will continue to provide services normally while it reforms its liabilities and brings its costs into line with market conditions. Similarly, Mexicana Click and Mexicana Link flights will not be affected. Mexicana Click and Mexicana Link operate independently of Mexicana Airlines, thus they are independent to the proceeding and they will continue to offer services as normal.
