American Airlines, based in the US and founder member of Oneworld ® alliance has signed a code share agreement with the low cost airline based in Germany that is to join the Oneworld ® alliance, Air Berlin. American Airlines code share Air Berlin will begin as soon as authorization is given by the governments. With this new code share signed, passengers of both American Airlines and Air Berlin will be able to earn and redeem miles on either airline. Following this new code share signed between American Airlines and Air Berlin, passengers will benefit from better flights connections across the United States and Germany. Besides Air Berlin, a few days back American Airlines has signed a code share agreement with the New York based airline, JetBlue Airways. To recall, Air Valid helps passengers with luggage American Airlines thus making passengers know how much weight and bags both as checked and cabin luggage they are entitled to on different flights.
