Lufthansa, the flag carrier airline of Germany and Brussels Airlines, the airline based in Belgium decided to expand their code share agreement which is effective since 15th July 2009. In other words the passengers of both Brussels Airlines and Lufthansa will the opportunity to benefit from flight to Conakry, Freetown and Kigali under the Lufthansa code share Brussels Airlines agreement expanded. In addition Lufthansa is offering two additional flight between Angola and Frankfurt under the code share agreement expanded between Brussels Airlines and Lufthansa. Furthermore Lufthansa and Brussels Airlines expanded code share agreement allow passengers of Brussels Airlines to profit from flight from Frankfurt to Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Malabo and Luanda.
