The airline based in Spain, Vueling proposes as from 29th July 2009 the chance for its fans to name 5 of its new 8 Airbus A320 through Facebook and Twitter. Vueling on Facebook and Twitter has been proposed by Vueling so as to reach directly to its fans whether they are passengers or not. The fans of Vueling will receive after their participation a voucher of € 10 (£8) for their proposal on Facebook and Twitter. The best proposal on Facebook and Twitter will be rewarded by a visit to the hangar of Vueling in which the Airbus A320 aircraft will be repainted in the Clickair Vueling colors and it can then discovered for the first time in the new device.

Ethiopian Airlines, the airline based in Ethiopie has ordered five new Boeing B777-200LR and twelve Airbus A350-900. Ethiopian Airlines Boeing and Airbus will be available in October 2009 and in 2017 respectively. The purchase of these new Boeing B777-200LR and Airbus A350-900, has been implemented for the rapid growth of Ethiopian Airlines. Regardless of the new Boeing and Airbus, Ethiopian Airlines also ordered ten Boeing B787 and eight Bombardier Q400. The Boeing B777-200LR of Ethiopian Airlines will be powered by General Electric GE90-115 engines, while the Airbus A350-900 of Ethiopian Airlines will be powered by Trent XWB-84.

Ural Airlines, the airline based in Russia is now making available flight to Novokuznetsk to all its passengers. The flight to Novokuznetsk proposed by Ural Airlines will depart from Moscow Domodedovo. Ural Airlines flight between Novokuznetsk and Moscow Domodedovo will be effective as from 2nd August 2009. Ural Airlines flight to Novokuznetsk taking off from Moscow Domodedovo will be provided with daily flights. In addition the flight between Novokuznetsk and Moscow Domodedovo proposed by Ural Airlines will be operated on the aircraft of Ural Airlines, the Airbus A320-200.
