The Indian Airline, Jet Airways triumph the “Customer and Brand Loyalty.” Moreover the Loyalty Awards were for Jet Airways for the second time in the same category. The airline based in Mumbai, Jet Airways was awarded at the ceremony Loyalty Awards in the category “Customer and Brand Loyalty” on 30th January 2009. The award won by Jet Airways was presented by Mr Rahul Kucheria, the General Manager. The Loyalty Awards is an award which combines the results of surveys of passengers on six Indian cities. Mr. Wolfgang Prock-Schauer, CEO, Jet Airways, commented: “At Jet Airways we have always worked very hard to create long-term relationships with our customers. This determination allows us to have a trusting relationship with our customers around the world. ”
